I provide psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults and families, and I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as my primary therapeutic approach. Together, we will develop goals, and you will learn the coping skills to understand your own story while processing thoughts, moods, behaviors, and physical sensations all together.
