Hello and welcome! I offer non-judgmental, strength-based and empathic care to individuals navigating life transitions, friend and family relationship difficulties, intergenerational trauma, regret/guilt/shame, racial identity development, and oppression. I welcome people of all identities in my practice. As a neurodivergent and biracial individual, I am particularly passionate about supporting individuals who exist at the intersection of multiple marginalized identities. I consider how you are affected by power, privilege and oppression and broach those conversations in our work.
I use a relational approach, which starts with building a strong and trusting relationship between the two of us. My goal is to collaborate with you to decrease isolation, heal and cultivate satisfying relationships/friendships, uncover patterns of behavior that may no longer be useful, increase insight, and make changes that improve your wellbeing.
Whether you have been to therapy before or not, I get how daunting it can be to find the right fit. I encourage you to take your time and ask questions.
