I currently work with adults with mental health & wellness challenges impeding their ability to be their best "self" and preventing them from achieving full and sustainable lives. I specialize in working with people with autism, diverse and underrepresented populations, personal health and wellness, relationship challenges, self-esteem, challenges with identity or working through difficult life transitions.
As a Native American woman, I put high importance on recognizing each client's individuality. I work with client's struggling with issues around relationships, family, race, gender, sexuality, culture, parenting, income or other issues that create challenges in their lives along with daily challenges of obtaining optimal health and wellness.
I use a combination of treatment methods designed for each client - including Motivational Interviewing, Social Learning Theory, ABA, Functional Behavioral Analysis and CBT. Solution-focused therapy or alternative forms of therapy in combination with other methods are used to individualize each person's experience in a format that works best for them.
