Growth often comes through pain, but feeling stuck can seem hopeless. My goal is to support you through healing, restoring life in your relationship with yourself and others. Using a holistic approach to therapy, we’ll address underlying feelings and needs, helping you reconnect with yourself and others as we journey together toward healing.
My passion is working with couples and individuals who are struggling with interpersonal relationships and are seeking to heal from past pain. I am also trained in EMDR therapy which focuses on trauma recovery. I believe that we all have the potential for a genuine and loving connection - but the pain we have experienced hinders our ability to do so.
