I offer help through different modalities such as CBT. Through cognitive behavioral therapy we process maladaptive thoughts and feelings that cause our behavior to go astray. I also use different versions of trauma informed care. Finally I am a solutions oriented therapist which helps my clients rate me as highly effective.
