I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship as a vehicle for new experiences and support for growth.
I have 20+ years of experience. I am a conference and podcast speaker and a pioneer in psychedelic therapy. I believe that feeling conflict or discomfort is a sign of strength and an opportunity to reach greater fullness and meaning. I also believe in our inherent wholeness and inner healing wisdom and strive to help patients access these parts for healing.

Specializing in bipolar disorder, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders, I am also a board-certified sexologist dedicated to supporting clients in their journey towards relationship development.
My path to therapy has been anything but ordinary. Twelve years ago, I took a leap of faith and packed my entire life into a single suitcase, leaving South Africa behind to build a new chapter in the United States. Today, I am blessed with a beautiful family and a career that fills me with passion and purpose. Although I initially pursued acting, I soon discovered my true calling: working closely with clients like you, witnessing their personal growth, and helping them thrive! There's nothing more fulfilling to me than connecting with individuals one-on-one and making them feel seen, heard, and understood.

I believe in the ability of the therapeutic relationship to resolve conflict and develop insight and positive change.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist, a Diplomate in Clinical Sex Therapy and have analytic training as well as EMDR. My expertise blends psychodynamic, cognitive, and relational perspectives. A very powerful combination. I maintain a strong network of professional colleagues to provide the best integrative care ie/medical and holistic perspectives.

What if you had all the tools necessary to connect with and love your partner more deeply? What if you could learn how to reignite your love and create a meaningful life with your partner? With over a decade of experience in couples and family therapy, I am here to support you in rebuilding your life of love and trust. Most people are not naturally "good" at sharing their love, but it is a skill that can be learned. Relationships require dedication and practice. No matter what you are going through we will find a way to make your relationship what you know it could be. I understand what it's like to be vulnerable.

Relationship Issues Therapists
While need for human connection appears to be innate, the ability to form healthy, loving relationships is learned. Some evidence suggests that the ability to form a stable relationship starts to form in infancy, in a child's earliest experiences with a caregiver who reliably meets the infant's needs for food, care, warmth, protection, stimulation, and social contact. Such relationships are not destiny, but they are theorized to establish deeply ingrained patterns of relating to others. The end of a relationship, however, is often a source of great psychological anguish.
