I am a Licensed Master Social Worker/Therapist at Grapevine Clinical, LLC. The purpose of my work is to strengthen your capacity for self-analysis, reflection, and self-awareness so that you can navigate your past, present, and future. By doing so, you will feel empowered and hopeful, despite grief, loss, and hardship. It is my goal to help young adults and teens with healing, coping skills, self-esteem, life transitions, stress, relationship issues, depression, and anxiety.
My ability to relate to people and be empathetic with them is the first thing they notice about me. I assist them in determining alternative actions they can do to promote healing and healthy social relationships with others and self. I have a strong desire to assist clients in resolving their core problems so they can fulfill their life's mission.
