Stressed-out teens and tweens with a desire and need to learn coping skills to deal with all types of anxieties and life stressors.
I teach teens practical coping skills in a group setting with other teens. We meet in-person in a safe space so connections can be made with others.
Life for teens has been pretty hard the past two years. It's important to know that they are not alone. I love to help teens feel less stressed-out in their daily lives through group work. As we work together in this safe and confidential group setting, we will share experiences that help us all grow and learn some new skills to get through life.
