Throughout my personal and professional experiences I have learned that struggles can take many different forms in life and look very different for different people; but at the core I believe we all want the same thing: to feel supported through the pain, heartache, anxiety, depression, trauma, or whatever devastation those struggles bring to our lives. I am here to be that support for YOU! I am here to help you process through past traumas, manage current crises, develop healthier coping mechanisms, feel empowered, and provide that safe space for you to share the story that you have feared sharing for far too long.
With over 15 years experience in the mental health field, I have developed specialties in crisis intervention, complex trauma, and parenting issues. Being a single parent myself has given me a unique perspective into the mental, emotional, financial, resource, and juggling needs of parenthood. I hope to be a helpful support in your parenthood journey.
Along this journey, I believe it's important the therapeutic experience be a collaborative one where we discuss plans and goals together and you feel comfortable to go at your own pace.
