My style is collaborative and client-centered, emphasizing the importance of understanding each client’s perspective and working together to identify and achieve their goals. I approach therapy with a deep respect for my clients’ strengths and resilience, helping them build on these qualities as they navigate challenges.
I have worked primarily in school settings with diverse populations of children. I interned both in a preschool with a focus on behavioral interventions, as well as a middle and high school mentoring program geared towards at risk youth.
