Hello! I am a Temporary Limited Licensed Psychologist. I recently graduated with my Masters in Counseling Psychology at the University of Western Michigan. I did my internship at Western Michigan University and worked with the college student population. I also worked with student-athletes at the University as my focus. I primarily work with individuals who are 18 years or older of all genders and sexualities, and who struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, grief and loss, relationship stress, codependency, sexual assault, family conflict, and childhood trauma.
I also primarily work with athletes who are struggling with life, work, school balance, performance anxiety, and other hardships. I enjoy using a cognitive behavioral lens as I believe it gives the client the power in therapy to set their own direction and treatment goals. I enjoy using a person-centered, strengths-based, and interpersonal framework as well.
