I help women use the wisdom of their own bodies to heal from traumas large and small. I believe unrecognized trauma is the core and cause of much suffering women experience in daily life. I also believe, no matter your past experiences or your story, that you have the innate ability to feel whole again.
We'll use mindfulness practices to deepen awareness as we work together. Your body holds your story, and the key to your healing. I'll help you safely experience how emotional wounds can be safely released through your body, and how your body can help you find your way home.
With deep listening and warm presence, I'll welcome and allow whatever comes up for you that wants to be seen, heard or released. Together we'll be curious and compassionate, moving gently through old patterns to find your deeper truth and innate resilience.
