I am currently accepting new clients and I offer 20-minute consultation either in person or by phone.
My main specialties include working with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, bereavement (grief), stress management, mood disorders, couples challenges (infidelity and poor communication). My ultimate goal is to help you become the person you can be and want to be.
I work with my clients with an open mind and support them. I utilize a strengths-based, patient-centered, Cognitive-behavioral approach to help guide my clients to find their personal strengths and work toward developing coping strategies to pursue growth.
