I have over 10 years of experience in trauma-informed care, harm reduction, crisis intervention, addiction and mental health treatment. I find that so many are suffering and are unable to find a way to cope with trauma and mental health conditions. I like to provide that safe space for clients and interventions to provide a better quality of life.
I provide a space that is built upon non-judgement, guidance, natural support and self-reflection.
