Have you ever experienced racing thoughts, not able to sleep at night because your brain is running a mile a minute, or maybe you tend to overthink and catastrophize every aspect of your life? These things can negatively impact our lives. I can help you work through these issues and give you the tools you need to effectively deal with these challenges. The curve balls that life throws at us can be difficult to navigate. I work primarily with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, parenting issues, family relationships, and anger management. Prior to private practice, I worked as a school counselor supporting students with various disabilities, behavioral challenges, and social and emotional needs.

I will always ensure that I create a safe and trusting environment in which your voice is heard and your feelings are acknowledged. Together we can break down the barriers that have kept you from living the life you deserve.
