As a Mental Health Clinician, my goal is to help you understand and work through whatever obstacle or challenge is thrown your way. I believe that each individual is unique, and possesses the innate power and capability within them to overcome any hurdle they face. This is why I work collaboratively with you as part of a team, so together we can explore and identify options that will improve your life!
My objective in the therapy room is to create an open and non-judgmental environment, a comfortable space where you can fully experience your potential. I work with individuals of all ages, including youth/adolescents, young, middle, and geriatric aged adults. I'm also passionate about helping athletes who are struggling or working through a sports setback.
