Our practice provides specialized individual and group therapy for Anxiety, Self- Esteem, Behavioral Disorders and Social Emotional functioning. Our groups consist of Adolescents, children and adults. Groups are typically held weekly between four and six weeks. Individual therapy is determined by the needs our our clients.

This group will focus on empowering adolescent girls who are experiencing depressive symptoms. Girls will learn healthy coping skills, symptom management and reduction. Girls will have the opportunity to share their experiences in a safe and caring environment, facilitated by an experienced clinician.
