Our goal is to guide you in reconnecting with your deeper self and addressing your needs through the use of strength based therapy, mindfulness techniques, motivational interviewing, CBT and EMDR. In addition, We specialize in the field of perinatal psychotherapy. I also have extensive experience working with adolescents.
