Hi, I'm Reevkah and I'm so glad you're here. Life can be difficult, and finding joy can feel out of reach. But I have seen the transformative power of therapy bring happiness to clients who didn't believe it could happen for them. I feel lucky to be part of my client's journey to reaching their goals - which are more attainable than we usually realize. Many of my clients come to me struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, low self-esteem, mom-guilt, infertility, faith crises, trauma and relationship concerns.
I work with teens and adults who are looking to find/feel joy and love themselves. I integrate a variety of therapy techniques, including both talk therapy and experiential therapy. I meet my clients where they're at and love to show them how great therapy can be.
Though I'm an Oregonian at heart, I've called Utah home for nearly a decade. I create a warm, safe space for clients to open up about their deepest struggles.
