I am an LCSW-R practicing in NYS for over 30 years. My prior careers were in Finance and IT. My services are provided via ZOOM and other telehealth platforms on which I have successfully assisted many clients overcome multiple issues. I am an Interventionist . My approach is to help clients overcome or minimize their symptoms and resume their improved life. I have been successful in treating Addictions, Compulsive, Behavioral and Personality Disorders, Depression and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. I accept 1199 SEIU Benefit and Pension, Aetna, Oxford, Upton, Cigna, Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield and UHC insurances
I have treated the addictive disorders for 34 years. I am patient and accept that this is a long-term malady. It can be successfully treated. I am empathic and resourceful. I build on client strengths to effect change. I primarily use Motivational Interviewing for CBT, Client Center Therapy. I also provide Family and Corporate Interventions.
