There is a big difference between sobriety and recovery. Most therapy focuses on sobriety and behavior change. For some, this is all that is needed and we can help you make that last. However, for many, it is not that simple. We help you find not only lasting change but more importantly we help you find who you are and a purpose in life. That is recovery.
We will start exactly where you are and if that means you are not ready then we will start there and walk with you as long as it takes. Our goal is not for you to be in therapy long-term. Recovery is about independence and growth. We are here to guide you through the process to where you won't need us anymore but it will always be from where you are.
