Couples going through marital conflict, intimacy issues, and infidelity. I enjoy working with clients on career counseling, life skills, and life coaching. I also specialize in counseling other therapists and providers. Those of us in the helping profession need to take care of our mental health too!
I practice Solution Focused Therapy. This type of therapy is perfect for clients who feel stuck in the problem and need guidance finding their solution to live a better life. I work through telehealth solely and am available in the evenings and some weekends!
