I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with eleven years of clinical experience. I have experience working with adults, adolescents, and children in individual and group settings. Some clinical issues I have the most experience in include ADHD, Coping Skills, Grief, Trauma, PTSD, and Relationship Issues. My counseling style combines Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Processing (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), and Trauma Focused therapies. I have always felt called to be a healer, and I believe that it is vital to find the root of problems for clients to heal fully and continue to make progress.
I will be supportive, compassionate, and present with you during your struggles, achievements, and progress. I value you as a client and empathize with you and the range of emotions that you will experience throughout treatment. To achieve progress, we will work collaboratively with open communication on what therapeutic approaches would work best for you.
