I am experienced in treating issues such as depression, anxiety, and trauma. My population focuses on teens, families, and adults. I have specialized training for occupations such as EMT/ LEO/ firefighter/nurses. I also have experience working with military and their families, as having been a military spouse myself, I can understand the deep nuances that run through this group.
I am trained In Accelerated Resolution Therapy, which leads to the resolution of trauma quicker than traditional talk therapy. I also use aspects from ACT, CBT, and DBT in my practice to help address your needs.
