I provide trauma-informed care for individuals ages 14+ with anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders and other mental health concerns. These issues show up most often in relationships, affecting a persons sense of self and their worldview. I also work with individuals receiving psychiatric care for complex disorders. I am welcoming and affirming of individuals from diverse backgrounds and identities.
In addition to insight oriented talk therapy, I am an EMDR trained therapist. EMDR is a therapeutic approach proven to help people recover from trauma and PTSD symptoms. EMDR therapy is also a helpful treatment for disorders such as anxiety, depression, OCD, chronic pain, addictions, and other distressing life experiences.
