In my practice, I strive to create a calm and supportive environment for women, children, couples, and families, fostering growth and resilience through person-centered therapy. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, attachment, women’s issues, relationships, Adverse Childhood Experiences, family dynamics, and building resilience.
I am particularly passionate about helping women rediscover their joy through self-compassion and exploring the vital connection between the mind and body. I hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health from Upper Iowa University and a Master’s Degree in Education from Peru State College.
