Every person needs to feel emotionally validated and mentally prepared for life, especially when going through a hard time. I specialize in anxiety and depression, as well as life transition, relationships, marriage, teenage years and spirituality- especially Christianity. I also have some experience in grief counseling, adhd, personality disorders, and postpartum counseling.
