I am passionate about walking with people along their path of personal growth and development. I have helped clients move through transitions in their lives, recognize their own self-worth and overcome patterns of depression, anxiety and low self-esteem. I see life as a journey and am interested in helping clients get in touch with their own natural wisdom and intuition as a source of guidance and direction. Just like any part of nature, when we connect with our true essence, we find a state of balance, healing and wholeness.
The approach I use is holistic, encompassing aspects of mind, body, emotion and spirit. This honors both the conscious and unconscious processes that govern our lives. Through this lens clients are able to take a look at patterns that may not be serving them any longer and allow healthier patterns of wholeness and balance to emerge.
In sessions we compassionately honor what is happening externally in the client's life as well as what is going on internally and how the two relate. I use elements of Jungian Psychology, the Enneagram, the Chakra System and Internal Family systems in my approach. My intention is to help clients view their life process in a deep meaningful way.
