Whatever you are struggling with, you are not alone. You may feel helpless and stuck because of all that you are going through. In sessions, I implement an Integrative Approach including- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strengths-Based, Compassion-focused, Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and most importantly- Humor. I emphasize the importance of acknowledging your daily victories and giving yourself that much-deserved, "pat on the back."
With over 6 years in the mental health field, my mission is to help you improve your quality of life by having more self-compassion, being less judgmental towards yourself, and learning to celebrate your victories.
