Since 1992 I have enjoyed helping people as they think deeply about their lives, their goals, their motivations and resulting actions. I have success counseling people of all ages, from all walks of life and challenges. This includes people with mood disorders and the confusion of psychosis. I offer education and coping strategies. As mentioned, I can help with faith based counseling, if that is your desire. I enjoy leading group therapy, which is a great tool for personal growth.
