As a therapist, it is important to me that my clients have an open, nonjudgmental, and reflective space to navigate the unique barriers to accessing their best lives. My goal is to support you through life’s challenges in a way that works and feels right for you.
The vast majority of my clinical work has been involved in navigating crisis situations, serious mental illness, substance use disorders, and behavioral health challenges with the Veteran population. I strongly believe that everyone deserves a therapeutic space dedicated to breaking down their own personal and unique barriers or challenges with support.
