Most people experience challenging times in life, during which they need both empathy and expertise to develop the skills to cope with difficult emotions. My role, as a licensed clinical psychologist, is to provide understanding and support, to be an emotional resource, and to create a space to problem solve. If you or your child is feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or in need of self-focus, seeking support is a proactive and positive step.
In my practice, I connect with individuals and families who are experiencing a variety of challenges, from difficult life events like divorce, relationship problems and parenting issues to ongoing struggles, such as anxiety, depression and low self-esteem. These are challenges that we can face as a team.
Though initiating therapy can feel difficult for many, it is often the much needed step towards progress. I have years of experience working with clients for whom my integrated approach to treatment is very beneficial. Together, we will work collaboratively towards finding happiness, fulfillment, and success.
