I find joy in helping individuals considering or crossing thresholds into new chapters of life. I pay attention to the social systems & intersecting identities of my clients. I have specialized training in sexual & gender health, and enjoy working with people of all identities. Whether clients are just starting to explore the possibility of change or are already living their most authentic life, I am available to help address the stressors of life in a respectful, affirming way. I am certified in ketamine-assisted therapy and enjoy working with clients integrating psychedelic or similar spiritual experiences.

I approach my work with clients in a warm and collaborative manner, encouraging authenticity, curiosity, and compassion. My approach tends to be active, encouraging clients to engage in both self-reflection and behavior change to achieve their goals.
