I am a licensed therapist supporting clients through their lifelong journey of self discovery and awareness. I have been a practicing therapist for five years and in that time I have gained experience working with a diverse clientele population. Throughout my time practicing, my beliefs about therapy have expanded and I have grown in the realization of the power of self awareness and empowering ourselves.

I encourage my clients to develop the skills needed to be the most successful in their lives no matter what obstacles arise. To challenge any self defeating thoughts and replace them with a framework that assists their personal development.
