Our sessions will focus on getting you closer to the life you want using cognitive science, techniques from evidence-based therapies (primarily DBT, ACT, CBT, IFS "parts work"), and your unique expertise on your own experience.
Your goals may range from: simply learning how to survive the day, to communicating with others effectively, to becoming comfortable with our uncomfortable feelings, to unpacking those “triggers” that have been following you since childhood.
In a warm, nonjudgmental space, we can reflect on the patterns in your life that may be causing distress or difficulty, and we can identify habits that move you in the direction of your goals and values.
