I work with adolescents and adults. With a focus on teen girls and women's issues, social and generalized anxiety, relationships, self esteem, confidence, identity, life transitions, healthy boundaries, effective communication, self compassion, coping skills, trauma and survivors of domestic violence.
I take a holistic, relational, and strengths-based approach to treatment. I have a passion for supporting my clients through collaboration, exploration and connection utilizing various modalities including principles of CBT, DBT, mindfulness, art and play therapy and self-compassion.
