I will work in partnership with you as a therapist and teacher. I work with women and men age 18+ who have depression, anxiety, trauma, self esteem or relationship issues. I will ask your goals for therapy. We will look at three major issues: (1) Both negative and positive patterns in your life; (2) the context of your environment and its impact on you; and (3) life's bumps in the road.
I will challenge you. I will make you think. I will give you homework to practice what you are learning in our sessions. I cannot guarantee but I hope you will feel better within 8 sessions.
