Hello! I'm so glad you're here. I specialize in working with women, young adults, college students, and new parents who come to therapy because of anxiety, depression, perfectionism, identity, life balance, self-esteem, relationships, or grief. I'm passionate about supporting motherless daughters + motherless mothers and often lead groups and workshops. Many of my clients come in seeking relief from anxiety and stress or to find support when life has become too overwhelming or challenging. I love supporting you in your journey and believe we all benefit from telling our stories and finding new ways to understand them.
My therapy style is strengths-based and compassionate. Research shows that clients who trust and feel comfortable with their therapist report better outcomes. Knowing this to feel all too true in therapy, we'll create a collaborative relationship using curiosity, understanding, and humor in order to find growth and healing for you.

Groups
Motherless New Moms Virtual Group
Becoming a mother when your own mom has died can feel simultaneously grounding and disorienting. Come connect with others and share your experiences, questions, and curiosity in a nurturing, small online group. Open to all motherless women with children ages newborn- 4 years old based in California. Pregnant moms are welcome, too. Each group runs via Zoom for 6 Wednesdays (time TBD based on participants preferences).
