Finding moments of stillness in life can be a challenge. I believe that understanding your past and, at times, challenging your present self can bring space for peace to flow in. I enjoy an approach in therapy that allows you to determine what you want from your sessions and from your life. Through techniques such as mindfulness, discovering unconscious patterns, and somatics (understanding where feelings manifest in the physical body), I hope to help you align with the story you want to tell. I understand the importance of creating a safe space for you to process past and present challenges and success.
I enjoy working with people of varied backgrounds, life stages, and perspectives. Using approaches such as Narrative Therapy, I aim to hear your story and work with you to create goals that you are proud of and excited to achieve. I hope to encourage your innate intuition as you determine and work toward those goals.
