I have had the privilege of walking through the healing process with adults, senior adults, the LGBTQ+ community, and women's issues. During my experience in a community mental health clinic, and in private practice I have utilized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma Focused - CBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. I will hold your vulnerability and pain with compassion and authenticity while the process of finding new or renewed hope, healing, strength, wholeness, and vitality for life begins to unfold.

I understand that making sense of life and its impact can sometimes be overwhelming and traumatic in ways that can leave us feeling helpless, anxious, depressed, or simply stuck. It takes courage to seek help to find relief. That relief can happen in the safety of the space I provide where you believe you and your story matter.
