To facilitate this, I use a person-centered approach combined with other techniques that can help you focus on emotional wellness and develop solutions in areas of concern to you.
I serve clients with general mental health needs including anxiety, depression, work issues, life transitions (e.g., aging, family, career changes, divorce, etc.), trauma, caregiver fatigue, chronic or terminal illnesses, and grief. I see clients of all ages with a focus on those 18 years and older, including elderly clients. Mental well-being is ageless.
