Together, we gently explore confusing, challenging, and sensitive areas of life in order to shed past pain and embrace innate wisdom and potential. I believe that transformational change is possible for everyone and that as long as we are alive, healing is possible.
My work often focuses on PTSD, complex trauma, attachment wounding, and the numerous ways the past impacts our present - including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, dissociation, and chronic pain.
