Are you having difficulty tuning out everyone else and listening to your own intuition? Does it feel like something is missing from your life, but you're not completely sure what? If so, there is hope. I will walk alongside you on your mental health journey with validation, gentleness and practical suggestions. I believe good therapy includes genuine connection and humor. I will laugh at your jokes (if they're funny), and maybe even make a few (but no guarantees they'll be funny).

Eclectic, collaborative, and person-centered is how I would describe my approach. I enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ folks, recovering co-dependents, and fellow social workers. I am a queer, neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed provider who's interested in intersectional feminism. I'm Health at Every Size oriented. I'm also a parent!
