The quality of the therapeutic relationship is an important part of the healing process. With 27 years of experience counseling adolescents, adults and families, I offer a warm and trusting environment. My approach is client-centered, nonjudgmental and collaborative.
I work with adults and adolescents 16+ experiencing a wide range of challenges, including: anxiety, family conflict, divorce/breakups, depression, self-esteem, family of origin and relationship issues.
Drawing from a blend of mindfulness, IFS ( Internal Family Systems), and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), I support people to increase self-awareness in order to recognize patterns of thinking and behavior that can cause stress, pain and insecurity in their lives. Please call or email me to discuss if I am the right therapist for you.
