Hi there! My name is Rebecca, and I work with adults of all ages who experience or have experienced trauma, relational issues, anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, grief, and identity issues. I feel honored to be a part of each and every one of my clients' journeys towards healing. I am committed to facilitating a non-judgmental, warm, and equal space in therapy. I utilize eclectic approaches to best meet the needs of my clients, including but not limited to—Person Centered, Relational Cultural, Emotion-Focused, Mindfulness, Cognitive Processing, and Trauma-Informed Therapy.
