I work with individuals navigating life transitions like moving, becoming a new parent, or break-ups and managing the anxiety that comes with it. Transitions are TOUGH and can leave you feeling lost and confused. I offer a safe and non-judgmental space to sort through life's complexities. We will explore who you are without worry, anxiety and overwhelming feelings, while creating a plan to get unstuck.
I specialize in working with individuals in their 20's and 30's going through the quarter-life crisis, while navigating anxiety, ADHD and/or depression in adulthood. I use Emotion Focused Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, while maintaining a warm and safe environment. I'm here to help you design the meaningful life you want and deserve.
I am currently licensed in Michigan, North Carolina and Illinois and can provide telehealth services in all states. I offer in-person sessions in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
