Do you struggle with anxiety, distraction, disconnection or feelings of overwhelm? Do you feel hopeless at times and as if things will never get better? We all go through times when life doesn't go planned and it seems that the darkness will never end. You want to believe that life will improve, but it doesn't seem to be getting better.
I offer therapy and psychoeducation for teenagers, young adults and adults. I work with various therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapies (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), IFS and Solution-Focused Therapy.
I have been in those dark holes- it can feel so hopeless and unending. I learned tools and skills to change when I went back to school to become a therapist. Now, it is my passion to help others learn the skills and tools that I learned and show you that you are not broken, you don't have a character deficit - you just need some tools and skills.
