I work with clients to help identify, process and heal relational issues whether it be familial, romantic, professional, or platonic. I also work with clients suffering from and feeling held back by the scars of trauma, emotional wounds, and maladaptive behavior patterns. I help clients to acknowledge their pain and/or the role they play in their dissatisfaction, slowly process it, accept it, and implement new paths forward so they can take back control of their lives and enjoy closer relationships.
I work with individuals and couples from a systemic lens to understand their unique experiences and how they have shaped them. I show up authentically to create a warm, collaborative, judgement-free space so my clients can also be authentic. I help identify and disrupt clients' negative patterns, work through wounds, and assist in coping.
I'm not going to sugar coat it, life can be really hard. I strive to be a co-pilot on your journey in becoming YOUR best version of you. I will be there for you unconditionally while also pushing you and holding you accountable.
