I am an art therapist and counselor experienced in working with a variety of concerns, issues, and diagnoses through a client-centered and creative approach. I believe that each person is unique and tailor my approach to their individual needs and goals. I approach art therapy and counseling with empathy and believe that each person has innate strengths that can be fostered in order to lead to growth and self-awareness.
I have training in trauma, Play Therapy, Postpartum mental health treatment, and Sand Tray Therapy modalities. I utilize a combination of expressive therapy modalities and traditional talk therapy to support and guide clients through their personal growth and self-exploration. Art therapy can provide clients with a space to express themselves beyond words.
My clients include individuals, families, and couples dealing with a variety of concerns including: autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, depression, learning disabilities, anxiety, family concerns, relationship issues, social skills, and trauma related disorders.
