I am passionate about helping people better understand their bodies and sexuality to empower them in their intimate relationships. By gaining knowledge of and comfort with ourselves, we can enjoy a deeper sense of bonding and pleasure in sexual relationships. Whether you are looking to improve your connection to your body or your relationship with your partner(s), I am here to support your journey. I believe sexual health and pleasure are fundamental to both personal well-being and fulfilling relationships. I also specialize in ensuring new mothers and couples who have recently become parents maintain connection and sexual fulfillment. Becoming a mother creates a new identity and it can feel challenging to merge the sexual self with the new mom self. This process is often complicated by numerous physical/physiological changes.
I am LGBTQIA+ affirming of both individuals and couples as well as people exploring matters related to gender identity. I am guided by social justice perspectives to help individuals and couples gain a more comprehensive picture of the messages society has given them, so they can gain insight and put their struggles in context.
